Fire Rated Door
This 60 minute, Fire Rated Door is a strong steel door with a welded structure. The standard version is manufactured cold-rolled steel sheet, for exterior from hot-dip galvanised sheet steel.
For interior use the door is manufactured from cold-rolled steel sheet form for interior use or from hot-dip galvanised sheet steel for exterior use.
This type of door allows for a great deal of flexibility and customisation with respect to dimensions and features. The door is produced as standard in fire category A60, but it can also be manufactured in categories E120 and A120.
The door is also available in a double-leaf design.
Fire category A60. Also available in categories E120 and A120, with additional features. The door is labelled with test results on delivery.Doors are available in single doors and double doors.

Frame
Available in models A,B and C,all in 2.0mm sheet steel.Fixings with adjustable frame bolts.The frame is supplied ready-assembled, with welded corners, and insulated with mineral wool
Finish
Coated as standard in grey primer.Powder coating in the RAL colour of your choice is available to order
Fittings
Welded hinges, securely primed on back. Assa 310/50 lock mechanism is standard, as is reinforcement for door closer on both sides

Can be fitted with glazed apertures, ventilation grills(not A60), top and side lighting, motorised lock, electric striking plate lock ,conduits, writing and much more.
